Looking at him, it is only thanks to God that he did not go to Kabul and did not have to get into such big troubles. Gurung said that after retiring from the army, he was working in a private security agency in Iraq in 2012 before moving to Afghanistan for the same work. He was still working in a private agency in Afghanistan, but he left the job in January and returned after the salary was reduced.
After this, he had applied at another place, where he was selected and he had to go to join a new job on July 15. Apart from this, fourteen other people from Dehradun were also selected along with him. Out of which 11 people left already, but four people were late. After this we took out the ticket for July 15. And his wife forbade him to go citing the situation in Afghanistan. His mother also begged him a lot. Due to which he decided to return.
