After a video of a woman hitting a cab driver on the Central Road in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, another similar video is going viral, in which a woman is seen misbehaving with the police. This video is from Nainital, Uttarakhand, where a woman who came to visit tried to scuffle with the female SI. The woman and her accomplices also threatened the policeman to take off his uniform.
In fact, the police was continuously checking in Tallital, Nainital and in the meantime a car of Himachal number one with a black film on the glass panes reached there. After this, the on-duty lady police sub-inspector (SI) Rajkumari Singhania stopped the vehicle and asked her to remove it as per rules, but after this the car driver got angry and started quarreling with the lady policeman.
During this, a woman present in the car, besides abusing the policemen, also engaged in a scuffle and after that there was a huge scuffle between them. The tourists in the car, showing arrogance to the policemen, told them to take money and let them go. However, the people present on the spot made a video of this entire incident, which is now going viral on social media.
The misbehavior of the woman in the car increased to such a degree that she first threatened the lady inspector, who also threatened the policemen to take off her uniform. The woman said that if you want money then tell me, you cannot do anything with the car. Seeing the uproar on the road, the local people came to the rescue. On this, the tourists told the local people two codes and said that people like you should keep themselves in our house. After this there is resentment among the local people. Seeing the situation deteriorating, the police somehow brought in additional forces and brought them under control and seized a vehicle worth Rs.6 crore.
According to the police, a case has been registered against Shivam Mishra, Vivek and Sandeep, residents of Vasant Vihar, Delhi and Smita, residents of Kanpur, for insulting a government employee, threatening and obstructing government work. A case has been registered against him under sections 504, 506, 353 and 186 of the IPC.
