The court has allowed the three-day remand of Ashish Mishra, who was detained as the main accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri case. According to the information received from the sources, Ashish Mishra will be interrogated by the SIT by taking him into custody. Union Minister Ajay Mishra, the main accused in the last week’s violence in Lakhimpur Kheri, has reportedly been presented as an accused. In which, without giving him any relief by the court, he has been sent on three-day police remand by the court.

Police said that Ashish Mishra had not answered many questions during his 12-hour interrogation. At the same time, Ashish’s lawyer said that the police had 40 questions to ask Ashish, all of which have been asked. Ashish’s lawyer also said that during the 12-hour interrogation, Ashish was given water only once. Despite this, Ashish had answered all the questions non-stop.

On the other hand, Priyanka Gandhi has also sat on a death fast in Lucknow regarding the whole matter. Priyanka was also accompanied by a protest by the Congress in Rajasthan. In which state president Govind Singh Dotasara is also included.
