Ayodhya, Nov 4 (IANS) | Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has made a special appeal to all the public representatives and government employees of the state regarding the festival of Diwali. CM Yogi has said that on the day of Diwali, there should be no such poor house in the state where the lamp does not burn and the sweets of Deepawali do not reach. The Chief Minister of the state, Yogi Adityanath, made a special appeal to all the people’s representatives including district panchayat president and member, block chief, area panchayat member and head, regarding Diwali, and said that they should visit the homes of every family, especially the poor, downtrodden, underprivileged etc. to celebrate their Diwali. Create an atmosphere of enthusiasm, gaiety and enthusiasm in the festival.

CM Yogi said that the number of people’s representatives including MP, MLA, Mayor, President of District Panchayat, Chairman of Block Head Municipal Bodies, Councilor, Block Chief, Village Head, Member of District Panchayat, Member of Kshetra Panchayat, Member of Gram Panchayat Uttar Pradesh has more than 8 lakhs and also the number of government employees is more than 20 lakhs.
Appealing to all the officials and public representatives of the state, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “My appeal is that you people adopt one poor family each, contribute your way in lighting the lamp and delivering sweets to those homes.”
Speaking at the Deepotsav program of Ram Nagri Ayodhya, Yogi said, “On the day of the main festival of Deepawali, we have to keep in mind that on this auspicious occasion, there should not be any deprived or any such Dalit in Uttar Pradesh whose house has the lamp of Deepawali and Deepawali.
