According to detailed information, a total of 6 people died due to cloudburst in Kangra area of Himachal Pradesh. During which the rescue team also found the dead body of Sufi singer Manmit Singh and a woman and a child from there. Manmit Singh, who lives in Amritsar, Punjab, had come to visit Dharamsala with 5 people including his brother. On Sunday, when he went to visit Kareri Sarovar, it rained heavily in Himachal Pradesh and he had to stay there.
It is believed that Manmit Singh and his companions were washed away in the strong current of water amidst heavy rains on Monday. According to police, Manmit Singh and his accomplices had gone missing on Monday and their bodies were found on Tuesday. Apart from this, the body of a 19-year-old girl was also found nearby.
