The miscreants are hiding the liquor in the river. Let us tell you that all this is happening when the Nitish government in Bihar is trying its best to stop liquor smuggling. But the miscreants are taking the help of river Ganga instead of a godown to keep the liquor.
When drones were monitored regarding illegal liquor trade in Diara area, a search was started in the river through divers on suspicion. During this a huge amount of liquor was caught from the river. Liquor smugglers had hidden thousands of liters of country and foreign liquor in the river. At the same time, the department conducting raids says that the smugglers have made the river and ponds a hideout for liquor.
During this raid, the Excise Department has recovered raw liquor in more than 50 sacks from the river. Significantly, the liquor hidden by the smugglers in blue sacks in the river Ganga has been confiscated.
At the same time, Product Superintendent Rajnish Kumar informed that during the raids being done through drones, there was a suspicion that there is a possibility of hiding liquor inside the Ganges river. On suspicion, the team of the department raided inside the river. However, before the arrival of the team, the liquor smugglers fled from the spot.
