There is a village in Kusheshwar in Darbhanga district of Bihar where almost every person has his own personal name. Gaura village of Kusheshwar, also known as Naam Wale Village, usually makes preparations to buy a boat before buying a bike and car for itself. The village remains full of water for 6 to 9 months and completely turns into an island.
The people living here reach the main road by sitting in a boat. After this, he parks his name nearby and goes to work. Apart from this, the women of the village also use the boat to make arrangements for their house and food for the animals. This is the reason that everyone in the village knows how to ride a boat. Mohammad Gulshan Alam, a local of Ganav, said that the village remains full of water for almost 9 months. All the work has to be done by boat. Whether to go to work or send children to school, even if the sick person has to be taken to the hospital, one has to use the same boat.
The biggest problem is that there is not even a single road connecting the village to the main road. A bridge has been demanded by the people for years. But till now their value has not been fulfilled. The villagers say that it is not even that the government is getting any help to buy the name. They have to spend 20 thousand rupees to buy a boat with their own money. Only then does he think of buying a cycle or a bike.
Please tell that there are about 200 to 250 houses in this village and the population of the village is more than 1000. The people of the village are constantly demanding for a road and a bridge. Complaints were also made against officers, leaders and all others, but people are imposing responsibility against each other.
