Death due to serious head injury, suspected to have been a deliberate collision
A case of death of a judge has come to light from Dhanbad, Jharkhand. In which the information about the death of District and Sessions Judge Ashtam Uttam Anand has come to light after the collision with the auto. The judge, who was returning to his quarters after taking a walk from the golf ground, was hit by a rickshaw, the video of which has also been recorded on CCTV. As soon as the police got information about this, the team of high officials immediately got involved in the proceedings. Firstly, the postmortem of the judge was done by a team of doctors. According to which, the cause of death is being told as brain hemorrhage. Due to a severe head injury, the judge’s ear was bleeding.
When the news of such death of the judge came to light, state Health Minister and Dhanbad district in-charge Banna Gupta has ordered an inquiry into the death. The minister has asked DC Sandeep Kumar and SSP Sanjeev Kumare to investigate the matter and submit its report within a week. Minister Banna said that the circumstances of Uttam Anand’s death are suspicious. Many social organizations and judicial bodies have also raised questions on the death of the judge. Immediately on the orders of the minister, the police formed a special investigation team and started investigation.

According to information received from sources, like every day, Judge Uttam Anand had left for his morning walk in the morning. But when he did not return till 8:30 in the morning, his wife informed the judicial officers about the matter. Meanwhile, the police got information that Judge Anand was admitted to SNMMCH at 5.30 am by an unknown person. But due to a serious head injury, he died in the ICU.
On hearing the news of the death of the judge, the entire hospital was filled with various officials. Several policemen including SSP Sanjeev Kumare, City SP R Rajkumar and ASP Manoj also reached the hospital. To nab the accused, the SSP directly reached the police controller room from the hospital. Jahan he scanned all the CCTV footage. According to the video that has surfaced in the CCTV, it seems as if the accused had deliberately hit the judge. At present, the SSP is looking for the colliding auto in the entire area.
