Her elder sister Shashi Singh runs a prasad shop with her husband near the temple of Mother Bhuvaneshwari Devi, three km from the Neelkanth temple in Yamkeshwar, Uttarakhand. There she also sells some food items in her shop and earns a living. He says that “all the people of UP come to him and say let’s fight in elections.”
While talking to News-18 India, he discussed old things related to Yogi Adityanath and told many things. He told that Yogi ji was very humble and straightforward in his childhood. He was also very quick in reading and writing. He used to stop drug addicts and used to explain with love. According to him, when Yogi ji was young, the mother used to leave him and other siblings with him and go to cut grass. That’s why she used to take care of him.
Shashi Singh, who became emotional on the matter of tying Rakhi, said that “I have not been able to meet Maharaj ji for a long time. There is no talking on the phone either. Although he is small, but now whenever he meets, he will be called Maharajji only. He told that there is a lot of happiness in the house after Yogi ji becomes CM for the second time. Thanks to the people of UP who made him the CM with all his hard work. On the occasion of swearing-in, there will be kirtan-bhajan in the house. Relatives will come and celebrate.”
Shashi Singh told that his health had also deteriorated during COVID, but even after that Maharaj Ji used to take care of the public, keep resolving the problems of the people. They are very polite. Yogi ji keeps on worrying about the general public all the time.
He said that “we are his real elder sister, but we are earning our living by opening a shop like a normal human being. We want that employment should increase here and people should get work. Said that we want Uttarakhand CM Dhami ji to set up a cardboard factory here so that women can get employment. ,
