For the past few days, heavy rains have continued in many districts of Andhra Pradesh. In Anantapur district, 10 people were trapped in the river as the water level of Chitravati river rose. They were constantly pleading for help. In the midst of all this, the Indian Air Force bravely rescued the people with its Mi-17 aircraft, showing bravery.
According to the information received, the Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain in Andhra Pradesh. Here in Anantapur district, the water level of Chitravati river suddenly increased. The water level was so high that water was flowing over the bridge. When four people in a car were crossing the bridge but they got caught in the flood water. Then these trapped people started pleading for help. At the local level, six people came to rescue them with JCB. But JCB also got stuck in the water. In such a situation, now 10 people got trapped in the water. Meanwhile, some people present on the shore tried to save them with the help of ropes but they could not succeed. In such a situation, 10 people trapped in the Chitravati river were successfully rescued from the Mi-17 helicopter of the Indian Air Force.
