In these, the head teacher and a teacher of a government school in Srinagar were shot dead. Apart from this, community leading Kashmiri Pandit and owner of famous pharmacy Makhan Lal Bindu was also shot dead. According to official figures, a total of 28 civilians have been killed by terrorists in the year 2021 so far. In which five belonged to the local Hindu or Sikh community.

From this incident a state movement was started from Srinagar to Delhi. A high level meeting was also called in Delhi by the Union Home Minister Amit Shah shortly before. In which National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla, IB Chief Arvind Kumar, CRPF DG Kuldeep Singh and BSF DG Pankaj Singh were also present. Let us tell you that this month, Union Home Minister Amit Shah was going to meet Kashmir for three days. In such a situation, such incidents have created quite a stir.
