After the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections, an important meeting of the parties of the SP alliance under the leadership of Akhilesh Yadav was held at the Samajwadi Party office in Lucknow on Tuesday, but due to the absence of senior leader Shivpal Singh Yadav in this meeting, the rift in the alliance has started. . Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party leader OP Rajbhar has denied any rift or split regarding this. He says that many leaders have not been able to come to the meeting due to some personal reasons, but there is no such thing as a sour thing in the relationship.
OP Rajbhar told that during the meeting he had a talk with Akhilesh Yadav about this. He said that he had called Shivpal Yadav twice, although he would come to Lucknow a day later and everyone would meet him.
Earlier it was told that senior leader Shivpal Singh Yadav deliberately did not reach the review meeting of the defeat in the assembly elections. It was said that they were angry. They were not informed on time. Many other coalition leaders were also not invited to attend the meeting. Apart from Akhilesh Yadav, Rajpal Baliyan of Rashtriya Lok Dal, Omprakash Rajbhar of SubhaSP and National General Secretary Pankaj Patel from Apna Dal (Communist) attended the meeting. Being the birthday of the leader of Apna Dal (Communist), she did not come herself and sent it to the National General Secretary of her party.
Apart from this, the great party involved in the alliance and their leader Keshav Dev Maurya was also not called. Keshav Dev Maurya said in the media that he has no displeasure for not calling his party. No candidate of his party could win. He said that he has full faith in Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav.
OP Rajbhar said that in the meeting, discussions were held regarding the preparations for the Lok Sabha elections to be held in 2024. Also, there were talks about the seats where they were defeated by minor votes. It was reviewed as to why this happened. He told that very soon a big meeting will be held of all the parties involved in the alliance.
