Ambani said that today the industry has made a huge progress from a small beginning under the leadership of the people of Palanpur. He stressed that he was ‘proud’ of the work. He said that the Ambani family has its roots in Kathiawar and also hinted at the possibility of working together with the people of Palanpur. “Sometimes a partnership between Kathaiwadis and Palanpuris can make a big opportunity,” he said. Ambani also said that his daughter-in-law Shloka Mehta is the daughter of Russell Mehta of Roadbylu, one of the leading companies in the sector. And said that the Ambani family is ‘fortunate’ to have Shloka.
