For the recruitment of Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) posts of Railways, the second phase examination is being conducted on May 9 and 10. On this occasion, for the first time, the Ministry of Railways is going to run 65 examination special trains from different parts of the country. This train will leave for the examination centers on May 8 in the morning. Will go back the same day in the evening. This sequence will be adopted for the examination of the next day i.e. May 10.
With this decision of Railways, it will be a great convenience for more than one crore candidates. He will reach the examination center on time in the morning. Will be able to leave for home on the same day. However, for this they will not be given any concession, but will have to pay more fare under the special train.

Railway Ministry sources said that the examination special trains are mainly Gaya-Kolkata, Gaya-Bhilai, Samastipur-Kolkata, Rajgir-Kanpur, Sealdah-Guwahati, Bhagalpur-Darbhanga, Agra Cantt-Patna, Darbhanga-Muzaffarpur, Agartala-Darbhanga, Jaipur-Amritsar, Jaipur-Indore, Prayraj-Anand Vihar, Jabalpur-Hajar Nizamuddin, Delhi-Jammu, Old Delhi-Jodhpur, Trivandrum-Chennai etc. will be run between cities.
It may be noted that the Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is conducting the Computer Based Test (CBT) examination in several phases for the total vacant more than 35000 thousand posts of NTPC. Under this, the NTPC Level-1 examination has been conducted. NTPC Level-4 and 6 examination will be held in the second phase on May 9 and 10. In this, one lakh 45 thousand 700 selected candidates will give CBT exam for 7285 vacant posts.
