Russia-Ukraine Conflict: Arrangements for travel, accommodation and food have been made free of cost for the students of Chhattisgarh state returning from Ukraine to their homes. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel has issued instructions for this. Sanjay Awasthi, Joint Residential Commissioner of Chhattisgarh Bhavan in New Delhi said that after getting information about 17 students of Chhattisgarh trapped in Ukraine, efforts are on to bring them back.
A help center has been set up in New Delhi by the Chhattisgarh State Government for the returning students of the state. From here, air travel, vehicles, accommodation, food facilities are being provided by the authorities to help them return home from students stranded in Ukraine. Let us inform that since February 27, 197 students have returned. At the same time, 17 students of Chhattisgarh trapped in Ukraine are in contact with the authorities.
Shreya of Jagdalpur returned from Ukraine said – the situation there is worrying
Shreya Jan of Shantinagar ward of Jagdalpur city returned home from Ukraine on Monday. BJP leaders welcomed him home and expressed happiness by feeding him sweets. So far six students have returned, including Shreya from Ukraine.
Shreya said that due to the war in Ukraine, the situation is becoming worrying day by day. Whoever is getting the means, either on foot or on foot, he is reaching the border countries. Several major Ukrainian cities bordering Russia have been devastated by the attack. Thousands of people have returned to India after the war started with the efforts of the Government of India and the facilities provided.
Shreya has expressed gratitude for the arrangements made by the Central Government as well as the Chhattisgarh Government for the return home. Shreya told that she had enrolled in MBBS in Ukraine in 2021. The condition is bad there right now. It is expected that online studies will start by September.
