New Delhi. The central government is going to organize another job fair today. Under this, at 10.30 am, PM Narendra Modi will give appointment letters to 71000 more youths for central government jobs. This program will be virtual. After giving the appointment letters, Modi will also address all the job-seekers. Earlier, on October 22, the Central Government had organized the first employment fair. Then Modi had handed over the appointment letters of the central government to 75000 youths. These employment fairs of the central government are being organized under the decision of PM Modi, in which by December 2023, 10 lakh youths are to be given jobs in the ministries and departments of the central government.
According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), today’s second job fair will be held across the country apart from Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh. Model code of conduct has been imposed in Gujarat and Himachal due to elections. Due to which the youth there cannot be given appointment letters for jobs. Programs will be held today under the second employment fair at 45 places in the country. According to the PMO, appointment letters for the posts of Teacher, Professor, Nurse, Nursing Officer, Doctor, Pharmacist, Radiographer and Paramedical are to be given in the job fair to be held today. Apart from these, appointment letters for jobs in Central Security Forces will also be given today.
Programs will also be held in Lucknow, Prayagraj, Noida of UP, Kolkata and Siliguri of West Bengal, Dehradun of Uttarakhand under the second job fair. Union ministers will remain in all 45 places. Along with PM Modi’s address, these ministers will do the work of distributing appointment letters to the youth in these 45 cities.
