Dr. Anil Bansal, former president of Delhi Medical Association and senior physician, told AnyTV. That people should drink normal water after coming back from the hot sun. Drinking very cold water immediately after coming from outside does not harm everyone, but people who are suffering from diabetes, asthma, bronchitis, throat problems or weak immunity may face some problems. Every person’s body is different and the effect of cold water is also different.
Doctor Anil Bansan says that people should not stay in the sun for too long during the scorching summer season, otherwise it can cause hyperthermia. It is very important to avoid dehydration in this season. The risk of many types of infections increases in the summer season, to avoid this, one should exercise daily and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
