New Delhi. Police has found one more evidence against Aftab Poonawalla, accused in Delhi’s sensational Shraddha Walkar murder case. This proof is a complaint letter. Shraddha had complained about Aftab on 23 November 2020 at Tulij police station in Mumbai. In this complaint, Shraddha had told that Aftab tried to kill her by strangling her. Shraddha Walkar had also told that Aftab threatens to throw her into pieces. This complaint letter of Shraddha is now going to be presented by the police in the court as a major proof of murder against Aftab.
It is written in this letter of Shraddha that she and Aftab are going to get married soon. Aftab’s family has also agreed to this marriage, but now she does not want to live with Aftab under any circumstances. In the letter, Shraddha has expressed apprehension of danger to her life if she stays with Aftab. Shraddha has written that if anything ever happens to her, only Aftab Poonawala will be responsible for it. It is clear from this that Aftab used to continuously beat up Shraddha Walkar and also threatened to kill her.
Aftab is alleged to have killed Shraddha on May 18 this year. Then his dead body was cut into 35 pieces. He threw these pieces in the forest of Mehrauli. Apart from this, the knife used to cut the corpse and Shraddha’s mobile phone were thrown in Gurugram. Police is now conducting polygraphic and narco test of Aftab. The news came on Tuesday that Aftab has accepted his crime in the court. He told to be murdered in anger. However, the news was denied by his lawyer in the evening.
