Dr. SL Mishra (30 years of BAMS experience) of Dhanwantri Clinic, Hazaribagh told Local 18 that the problem of loss of glow from the face, looking old at a young age and wrinkles are very common. There can be many reasons behind this. The main reasons for this are less intake of water, change in weather, staying in sunlight and dust for a long time, lack of blood in the body etc. In such a situation, we can bring back the glow of our face by making changes in our eating habits and lifestyle.
Drink 4-5 liters of water daily
The doctor told Local 18 that to bring back the facial glow, first of all we should drink at least 4 to 5 liters of water daily. This does not reduce the water level in the body. Apart from this, seasonal fruits, green vegetables, apple, pomegranate, gourd, spinach etc. should be especially included in the diet. This helps a lot in making the skin glow. Apart from diet, we should do at least 45 minutes of workout daily. You can do anything like running, yoga, cardio, gym etc.
Avoid smoking, drinking
Local 18 was further told that both smoking and drinking are responsible for the facial glow disappearing. Therefore, people who want to get glow on their face, if they are smoking and drinking, then they should stop it immediately. Benefits will be visible within a few days.
