Team India and the fans had high hopes from a player that he would perform well in this match. But that batsman proved to be a letdown for the team. The player we are talking about is Suryakumar Yadav.

In fact, Suryakumar’s shine faded in the debut match. Suryakumar’s bat remained silent against Australia. He scored just 8 runs in 20 balls with the help of a four. Suryakumar Yadav was shown the way to the pavilion by Australian off-spinner Nathan Lyon. Surya Kumar was expected by the team management and cricket fans that he along with Rohit Sharma would take the innings towards a strong score. But that didn’t happen and they got away cheaply. Please tell that in place of Shreyas Iyer, Suryakumar has been given a place in the team.

Apart from this, wicket-keeper batsman Shrikar Bharat got a chance to make his Test debut against Australia. But he too proved to be a flop in his Test debut. Shrikar Bharat got out after scoring 8 runs in 10 balls. He was dismissed LBW by Todd Murphy. Let us tell you that Todd Murphy, playing the debut match for Australia, did the best bowling. Murphy showed half the Indian team the way to the pavilion by giving 82 runs.
Let us tell you that before this Australia won the toss and decided to bat first. But the decision of the Kangaroo team proved wrong. Australia’s batsmen proved to be a flop in front of Team India’s bowling. The entire team was reduced to just 177 runs.
