In the letter, instructions are given to conduct sports competitions compulsorily in all the districts. In which district, which sports competition will be held, it will be decided by the District Magistrate. Usually, the district in which the game is played more, which has more players and coaches, is organized, so that the participation of maximum people is ensured, it is approved. Sports competition in all 75 districts
This letter has been sent to all the in-charges of the Directorate in 18 divisions of Uttar Pradesh. While the Regional Sports Officer (RSO) is in charge in 8 divisions, the responsibility of 10 divisions is with the sports officers. According to the directorate, after the decision of the sports competition, it will be the responsibility of the Regional Sports Officer and the Sports Officer to ensure maximum participation of the players in it.
