Board Exams 2022Supreme Court has dismissed the petition seeking cancellation of offline board examinations. The Supreme Court on Wednesday made an important observation in the matter, saying that such petitions give false comfort to the students. With this move of the court, it became almost clear that this year the 10th and 12th board examinations will be offline on time. However, the final decision and update in this regard is to be taken by the respective state and education board.
A petition was filed in the Supreme Court seeking cancellation of offline examinations for class 10th and 12th students across the country. The petition had sought cancellation of offline examinations for class 10th and 12th conducted by all central and state education boards such as CBSE, ICSE and National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) and education boards of various states.
