New Delhi. Delhi Police’s action has intensified in the case of misbehavior with Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal in the lobby of Arvind Kejriwal’s house. Police reached CM House today with Swati Maliwal and tried to recreate the crime scene. CM’s PA Bibhav Kumar has been made an accused in the present case. Where is he at this time? No one knows this. Delhi Police reached Bibhav’s house twice to search but he was not found.
Bibhav is accused of assaulting Swati Maliwal in the lobby of CM House. Delhi Police has also registered an FIR in this matter. On Thursday, Bibhav was seen in Lucknow with the CM. Then Arvind Kejriwal had reached Lucknow on the call of Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav, part of the India Alliance. During the press conference, a lot of questions were asked to CM Kejriwal regarding Swati Maliwal. During this time he also appeared quite uncomfortable.

Bibhav Kumar not seen in Mumbai
In such a situation, when Arvind Kejriwal reached Mumbai today on the request of NCP (Sharad faction) leader Sharad Pawar, Bibhav Kumar was not with him. Sanjay Singh was seen with the CM. Today, on behalf of Aam Aadmi Party government minister Atishi, the press was told that a complaint has also been given against Swati Maliwal on behalf of Bibhav Kumar in the present case. Today Swati Maliwal will record her statement under Section 164 of CrPC in front of the Magistrate in the District Court in this case. Earlier yesterday, the police had also got his medical done at AIIMS hospital.
What did Swati say in the complaint?
Swati Maliwal had told the police in her complaint that she had reached the CM’s house to meet him. She was waiting in the lobby, when Arvind Kejriwal’s PM Bibhav Kumar came there and slapped her. After this he also kicked the Rajya Sabha MP. Maliwal immediately complained about this incident to Delhi Police. Later she also reached Civil Lines police station and said that she would give a written complaint later.
