New Delhi, July 16 (IANS)| Indian photojournalist Danish Siddiqui has been murdered in Kandahar province of Afghanistan. Afghan Ambassador Farid Mamundzai gave information about this. On the other hand Danish’s father told that, about an hour ago we got information about our son. In fact, Danish Siddiqui was on a reporting assignment with the Afghan security forces when he was assassinated.
Speaking to IANS, Delhi resident Danish Siddiqui’s father Professor Akhtar Siddiqui said, “I got information about my son about 1 hour ago. The last talk with my son was two days ago, and he was very happy at that time. Was.” Danish Siddiqui was awarded the Pulitzer Prize in 2018 for his coverage of the Rohingya case.
