New Delhi. The political ruckus of Maharashtra has now knocked on the doorstep of the Supreme Court. Till now the political path going on in Maharashtra was limited only between the political parties, but now the court can play an important role in this whole matter. In fact, amidst the ongoing political ruckus in the state, Shinde had filed a petition in the Supreme Court, which was heard today. At the same time, what is the decision given by the court after the hearing and what role does it play in deciding the political profile of Maharashtra in the coming days. All eyes will be on this. But, before that let us know what the court has given on Shinde’s petition.
Explain that during the hearing of Shinde’s petition, the court has issued notice to Ajay Kumar Chaudhary, Central Government, Deputy Speaker, in which he has been asked to file his reply within three days. Keep in mind that this notice of the Supreme Court has brought the political scenario of entire Maharashtra to a turning point. Actually, questions have been asked from all the parties in the petition. On the other hand, in the petition issued to Ajay Kumar Chaudhary, it has been questioned that after all the rebel MLAs had filed a no-confidence motion against him, then in such a situation how the Deputy Speaker rejected it without placing it in the assembly? In the court, the counsel for the rebel MLAs said that the role of the deputy speaker looks suspicious. So how can he disqualify them? At the same time, answers from other parties have also been sought through the petition.
All of them will have to file reply between the next three. So, it has to be seen what their reaction is. Let us tell you that the court has fixed the date of hearing on July 11. In such a situation, what decision comes from the side of the court. All eyes will be on this. On the other hand, it is being claimed by Shinde faction that they have more than 39 MLAs in their side. Due to which the Uddhav government of Maharashtra has come in minority, so it is being told that they have no moral right to be in power. He should resign. But, looking at the current political scenario of the state, it is believed that now the floor test will be seen in the coming days. However, earlier the floor test has also been indicated by the Uddhav faction. In such a situation, it has to be seen whether the politics of the state takes any stand after the floor test. This will be something to be seen.
