Khairagarh(Naiduniya News). On the occasion of Mahashivratri festival, there was a huge crowd in the pagodas in the area including the city. In the ancient Veereshwar Mahadev temple of the city, there was an influx of devotees since morning. . In rural areas, Shiv Mandir at Kodegaon, Nathela Temple in Bazar Ataria and other places also saw a large number of devotees. Four Pahar Puja was also performed with Abhishek Puja which started in the morning at Veereshwar Mahadev Temple in the city. The puja and abhishekam that started at Brahmamuhurta continued throughout the day.
After the worship of the second and third Pahar in the afternoon, the last Pahar was also worshiped in the late night. During this, a huge crowd of devotees reached for darshan throughout the day. A large number of devotees also reached for the worship of Virat Shiva at Sheetla temple located in Itwaribazar. The Mahashivaratriparva and Jas singing to be held in Itwaribazar also started with the grand procession of Lord Bholenath.

Twelfth Jyotirlinga Puja was held on Tuesday under the Rukkhar Swami Mahotsav organized by the committee at the Rukkhar Baba Swami temple located in Rajphemali. It was prepared here since morning. As part of the festival continuing from 26th February, Shiva Majestic Archana, Shivarchan Shukla, Shodhash Jalabhishek under Yajurveda, and Rudrashtak Rudripath and Shivarchan program were completed by the Sapt Acharyas with the twelfth Jyotirling worship. In the evening, a procession of Lord Shiva came out with traditional musical instruments, melodious hymns, which toured the city and reached the Veereshwar Mahadev temple.

Lord Bhole’s procession turned out with pomp
Chhuikhadan (Naiduniya News). On Shivratri festival, committees took out a Shiva procession. There was a huge crowd of devotees in the Shiva procession that came out with the tableau and bandwagon. In the procession, a beautiful tableau of Lord Shankar was the center of attraction among the people in the guise of a ghost. Wherever the procession passed, the devotees proclaimed every bomb-bomb. On the occasion of Mahashivratri, the procession of Lord Bholenath was taken out with pomp from the main road of the city by Jai Jagannath Samiti, the social organization of the city.
In this Shiva procession, an attractive tableau of Lord Bhole Nath and Mother Parvati was taken out. Along with this, the ghosts were also very attractive in the procession. A large number of people from political parties and social organizations participated in this yatra. The youth of Lord Bholenath’s ride were dancing and singing. Former MLA Komal Janghel, District Panchayat Vice President Vikrant Singh, Former Nagar Panchayat President Giriraj Kishore Das, were present in the Shiv procession. Apart from this, many BJP leaders and workers participated.

For this the temples of the city were decorated a day before. Since Tuesday morning, there was a crowd of devotees in the Shiva temples. Female and male devotees observed fast for the worship of Lord Shiva.
After reaching the Shiva temples, Lord Bholenath was worshiped by offering Belpatra, Dhatura, milk, fruits and other materials. The reverberation of Har Har Mahadev continued throughout the day in the Raja Talab of the city, Shiva temple located on the market line, Laxmanpur Shiva temple, Rani Shiva temple, and other Shiva temples of the city.
