In India today, Japanese automaker Yamaha has updated the FZS25 model and launched it. The Japanese bike maker has added two new color options, Matte Copper and Matte Black, to its naked quarter-litre motorcycle. At the same time, the company has also updated the FZ25. Whose price has been fixed at Rs 1,43,300 and Rs 1,38,800 (ex-showroom) respectively.
To recall, the FZ25 is offered with color options of Racing Blue and Metallic Black, while new colors of Matte Copper and Matte Black will be offered with the FZS25. Apart from the new color options, nothing has changed on the quarter-litre naked streetfighter. Both the launched dual-tone color options add to the sporty appeal of the bike. At the same time, to enhance the looks, the company has equipped the bike with alloy rims, which enhance their sporty appeal.
These features are available with the same engine
Yamaha FZ25 is powered by a 249cc air-cooled, SOHC, single-cylinder engine that generates 20.5 bhp power at 8,000rpm and 20.1 Nm peak torque at 6,000rpm. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. Suspension duties are accomplished by telescopic forks at the front and mono-shock at the rear. The motorcycle is equipped with 17-inch alloy wheels at both the ends. Which come with 100 section front and 140 section rear rubber.

Features such as all-LED illumination, negative LCD instrument cluster, under cowling and side stand with engine cut-off switch are offered as standard in both the variants. On the other hand, the top-spec S variant gets other hardware like long visor, brush guard on the handle grips and golden alloy wheels.
