New Delhi. A big news is coming out from the politics of Maharashtra. The Shinde government’s cabinet may expand in Maharashtra on Tuesday. It is being told that tomorrow i.e. on August 08, there will be an oath-taking ceremony at the Raj Bhavan at 11 am. Earlier on August 5, the discussion of expansion of the new cabinet was going on. But no extension was made that day. According to reports, 14 ministers can take oath. In which 7-7 ministers from Shinde faction and BJP can take oath. It is to be known that in the last few days, Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis have visited Delhi several times. Earlier, questions were being raised continuously that two leaders Eknath Shinde and Devendra Fadnavis would run the government in Maharashtra. When will the cabinet expand? Finally the 38 days wait is going to end now.
Know who will be included in the cabinet?
Sudhir Mungantiwar, Chandrakant Patil, Girish Mahajan can be given a place in the cabinet from BJP. On the other hand, Gulab Rao Patil, Deepak Kesarkar from Shinde faction can be included in the cabinet. Apart from this, information is also coming out that the Ministry of Home Affairs can get Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis. According to reports, phone calls have also gone to the leaders joining the BJP camp. It is being told that many big faces can be given a place in the Shinde government.
Eknath Shinde took oath as Chief Minister after Shiv Sena split in Maharashtra and Uddhav Thackeray resigned as CM. Whereas, Devendra Fadnavis took oath as the Deputy CM. He was administered the oath of office and secrecy by Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. Eknath Shinde, 58, is the 20th Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
