New Delhi. You must be aware that in Pakistan, where Imran Khan had to lose his chair as a result of political turmoil for the last few days, now Shahbaz Sharif has sat on the chair of Wazir-e-Azam. But Imran’s attack continues on Shahbaz Sharif. On the whole, you can say that the situation in Pakistan is still not good from the political point of view. Now in the midst of all these political turmoil, a big news has come to the fore. It is reported that 17 officials of PTV channel have been suspended for failing to give special coverage to Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif’s visit to Lahore.
According to Pakistani media reports, the above officials had a special responsibility of coverage of the Prime Minister, but they considered it unnecessary to perform their assigned duties, for which they have to bear the brunt of their suspension. Let us inform that Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif had visited Ramzan Bazar and Lakhpat Bazar during his visit to Lahore. According to media reports, the channel officials could not do well coverage due to lack of proper laptops. Actually, the team of journalists and producers is bound to cover any domestic and foreign tour of the Prime Minister. The laptops provided to these journalists and manufacturers are equipped with special technology. They also have the responsibility of live streaming. On the other hand, when PTV’s Lahore center was informed about the visit, it asked the PTV headquarters to provide an upgraded laptop. Earlier this request was also made on 18 April, but PTV did not pay heed to it.
On the other hand, it is also being said that due to the depleted battery of the laptop, they could not give special preference to PM Modi’s visit. Well, whatever the reason may be, but right now this news is in the headlines in the political corridors of Pakistan. People are seen expressing their opinion fiercely on this. At the same time, there is no response from Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif in this regard so far.
