Ayodhya. Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra General Secretary Champat Rai said that thirty percent work of Ram temple being built in Ramnagari Ayodhya has been completed.
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra General Secretary Champat Rai told reporters on Saturday that thirty percent work of construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya has been completed. The foundation is prepared from concrete only. No iron has been used in this. Stones have been imported from Karnataka and Telangana.
Champat Rai informed that two phases of temple construction work has already been completed. Now the work of the third phase is going on. The block is made of granite stones. The block is five feet long, two and a half feet wide and three feet high. One block is about two and a half tons. There is a block of size 37.5 cubic feet.
Rai told that the design of the roller completed concrete of the temple was prepared by IIT Madras. This concrete is of such a type, so that it can survive under the ground as an artificial rock for 1000 years. This RCC was cast in 48 layers 10 inches thick. The sanctum sanctorum has 56 layers inserted. This entire work was completed in about 09 months (January 2021 to September 2021). Both the RCC and the nation raft on top of it will be called the foundation of the future temple. IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Madras, IIT Mumbai, NIT Surat, CBRI Roorkee, Larsen & Toubro, Tata Consulting Engineers have worked collectively on this design and drawing of New. In the end, NGRI, a Hyderabad-based organization, cooperated in this. It can be said that this is the result of the collective thought of important engineering institutes of the country.
Champat Rai told that there is a flow of river Saryu at a distance of 500 meters in the west direction of the temple. There is a slope of 10 meters from east to west. In heavy rains, there is a danger of cutting the soil to the west. Therefore a retaining wall is being put under the ground to prevent soil erosion. This returning wall is being inserted 12 meters deep. Its work was started at 93 meters above sea level. This returning wall is 12 meters wide.
It is constructed in the shape of a dam. It is outside the walls of the temple. It has an iron bar inserted in it. The work of raising the returning wall and plinth of the temple is going on simultaneously. Very soon we will start installing carved stones in the temple.
