Perry achieved success by leaving behind 19 thousand students from 84 countries
Natasha Perry, an 11-year-old Indian-origin student based in the US, has been declared one of the world’s brightest students by a top US university for excelling in exams like the ACT and SAT. On the basis of the SAT and ACT test taken by the schools, many colleges determine whether they admit students to the school or not, in addition to this, scholarships are also given to students by many NGOs.
All colleges in the US are required to take the SAT or ACT exam, which they have to give to their respective universities. According to information received from sources, Perry Jones, a student of El Sandmeer Elementary School in Mackay Thale, New Jersey, was awarded for her exceptional performance under the Talented Youth Talent Center of America. Perry was one of the 19,000 students from 84 countries who were included in this Talent Research (CTY) for the year 2020-21.
CTY conducts examinations at grade level to identify stunning students from across the world and discover their academic potential. Perry took this exam in the year 2021 when she used to study in the fifth standard, talking about it, Perry said that it motivates her to do even better. Apart from studies, she was also helped by doodle-making and reading Tolkien’s novels.
