People like Jaljeera water made from mint and its rate is ₹ 10 per glass. He said that for 35 years I have been selling mint jaljeera in the summer season, many types of spices are added to it. To make mint water full of taste and nutrition in summer, first put mint in water, wash and clean it thoroughly. After this, pluck the mint leaves and separate them. If you want, you can also use mint stalks. Now add mint leaves, ginger piece, tamarind pulp and green chillies in the mixer jar and grind everything. After grinding well, filter the mixture with the help of a strainer. Now add 2 glasses of cold water to the filtered mixture and dissolve it with the help of a spoon. After this, add dry mango powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, black salt, cumin, plain salt as per taste and mix well.
If you want to increase the spiciness of mint water, then add a pinch of red chili powder to it and mix it. Finally, add one spoon lemon juice in mint water and keep the mint water in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool. After the mint water cools down, pour it into a serving glass and add 1-2 ice cubes on top and serve.
