Which is available in the market only for two to three months. In such a situation, the demand for this fruit has also increased in the market. We are talking about the summer fruit mulberry. Mulberry fruit is very tasty to eat and is juicy. Shopkeeper Naresh Punjabi told that this mulberry fruit comes from the areas around Pushkar, Ajmer and Bikaner.
It falls in the last week of March and lasts till May and June. These days it remains planted on trees. As the weather changes and a storm begins, this mulberry falls from the tree. This mulberry is being sold in the market at Rs 200 per kg. Three types of varieties of mulberry are available here. Currently selling two types of varieties. Among these, one is a completely green mulberry and the other one is a red mulberry. This fruit is kept in ice so that it remains very fresh. This mulberry fruit remains too cold to eat.
Diseases like stomach ache and constipation will remain away.
Ayurvedic doctor Nidhi Mishra told that mulberry has many medicinal properties and many nutrients are found in it. This mulberry is very beneficial for the stomach. Nutrients like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, Potassium, Phosphorus and antioxidants are found in Mulberry. Eating mulberry relieves digestive problems like stomach ache, swelling, bloating and constipation.
It contains compounds like polyphenols and flavonoids, which help in reducing cancer cells. Apart from this, the glyphosate present in it keeps the brain healthy and makes the memory sharp. Also, eating mulberry or drinking its juice prevents type 2 diabetes.
