Haldwani: Vomiting- Diarrhea is a disease which is caused by contaminated food and drink. Often people take it lightly. In such a situation, you can treat this disease with the juice of a small grass. A grass with small leaves called Changeri.

What is Changeri?

Till then keep squeezing them. After this, squeeze them and take out the juice in a spoon and drink it. With this, all your problems will be solved in a few hours.
This grass strengthens the digestive system
Senior Ayurvedic doctor Vinay Khullar told that according to Ayurveda, Changeri grass has Deepana receptor properties. This means that this grass has the ability to improve digestion and absorption of food. This is the reason why its consumption helps in making the digestive system strong and healthy.
