Apart from this, Rs 2,00,000 will be given for hospitalization expenses in case of injury and Rs 10,000 is given for transporting the dead body.

The Insurance Company is liable to pay interest at 2% above the bank rate prevailing at the beginning of the financial year in which the claim is reviewed, on all amounts paid or payable under this Policy in the event of acceptance of the offer of settlement by the Insured but in the event of delay in payment exceeding 7 days from the date of such acceptance. No claim is admissible beyond 365 days from the date of expiry of the Policy in respect of hospitalization within the Insurance Period. Also no liability is accepted under the Policy if the claim is fraudulent or supported by fraudulent means.
