Dr. Richa Pyare told that when you are exposed to blue light on mobile or screen for more than two hours, it will have a deep impact on the eyes. The bright light emitted from the mobile brings more dryness to our eyes. It affects the tear gland. Due to excessive dryness in the eyes, excess water starts forming inside the eyes and this water keeps coming out of the eyes. In some cases the tear gland also gets blocked. If there is continuous exposure to the screen then it becomes a chronic problem and the eyes start getting blurred. Due to this the retina also starts getting damaged. After this, you may always feel tired and weak.
What is the 20-20-20 formula?
If there is life then work is also necessary. If work has to be done then computer will also have to be used. Therefore, Dr. Richa Pyare told that first of all exercise regularly and take a healthy diet. Consume green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits daily. Eat as much plant-based diet as possible. Apart from all this, wear protective glasses while working on the computer and follow the 20-20-20 rule. Dr. Richa Pyare told that if you work on the screen every 20 minutes, then immediately after this you should remove your eyes from the screen for 20 seconds and see anything up to a distance of 20 meters. If you are looking for greenery then it is best. Keep looking at a distance of 20 meters for 20 seconds. That means work for 20 minutes, then look at a distance of 20 meters for 20 seconds and then start working. Keep doing the same. Give rest to your eyes from time to time.
