From the age of 12, it was known about the disease but Naomi never took her condition seriously.
Becoming a mother is a beautiful feeling in any woman’s life. But sometimes the medical condition becomes such that it becomes impossible to become a mother. The same thing happened with Niomi Allen when she came to know that she not only has a uterus in her body but she is still a mother.
When Neomi Allen from Scotland did her first ultrasound, medical staff thought that Neomi Allen might not be drinking enough water. Due to which the uterus was not visible in her body. An MRI scan revealed that Naomi had neither a uterus nor a womb in her body. It was decided that Naomi could never become a mother naturally.
According to a report in Mirror, Naomi was told about this rare condition by her family as a child. Her mother came to know about Naomi’s health when she was 12 years old. Girls usually have their periods at this age. But Naomi didn’t come. After this Naomi’s mother took her to the doctor. The doctor also counseled her, but Aomi could not understand the seriousness of the matter at that time. She was leading her life comfortably.
Naomi had a rare disease called MRKH. MRKH syndrome affects one in 5,000 women. Naomi was even more shocked when her boyfriend said the same thing over and over again. Naomi then moved on to another relationship and told her partner about her situation. Naomi and her partner decided to bring their biological child into this world through surrogacy. Eventually their hard work paid off and through surrogacy, Naomi Allen and Sam’s daughter Ileana came into the world.
