Trinamool Congress has once again performed well in the four corporation elections in West Bengal. TMC is heading towards a big victory among the four corporations. In fact, the polling was held here on February 12. West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress President Mamata Banerjee congratulated the people of Asansol, Bidhannagar, Siliguri and Chandannagar for voting for TMC candidates in the municipal elections. Criticizing the Congress, Banerjee claimed that no regional party has good relations with the Congress. He said that Congress can go on its own path, we will follow our own path. Let us tell you that the board of TMC will be formed in all the four municipal corporations. On the other hand, BJP and CPI-M have demanded re-election.
Trinamool Congress is preparing for a clean sweep in all the four civic bodies- Asansol, Bidhannagar, Chandannagar and Siliguri. TMC is leading in all the four seats. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee said that we have to be more humble and continue to work for the common people.

CM Mamta Banerjee described the victory in the corporation elections as the victory of mother, soil and manush. Mamta Banerjee tweeted and said, ‘Victory once again. This is the victory of Maa Maati Manush. I heartily congratulate the people of Asansol, Bidhannagar, Siliguri and Chandanagar. I am grateful to all of you who reposed faith in TMC.
According to the information received so far, TMC had captured 24 out of 41 seats in Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation and was leading on 10. In this context, it can be said that the victory of TMC has been ensured here too. TMC has won 43 seats in Asansol.
BJP-CPI(M) demand re-election
BJP President Sukant Majumdar says that the voting has been rigged. This is the reason why he had given a letter to the State Election Commission demanding that the state police remained a complete mute spectator during the election and booth capture was done by TMC goons.
Along with this, CPI(M) leader Sujan Chakraborty has also called the election a joke for democracy. He also alleged that the police remained a complete mute spectator. In such a situation, there has been a demand to conduct these elections again in the state.
Let us inform that TMC is ahead in 39 seats out of 41 seats of Bidhanagar Municipal Corporation. TMC is ahead in 50 seats in Asansol. While TMC is ahead in 19 out of 33 seats in Chandannagar and TMC is ahead in 31 out of 47 wards in Siliguri. That is, the magic of TMC is being seen in the municipal elections.
