Yoga instructor Shiksha Nagar from Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh told Local 18 that to keep this power house of the body healthy, we have to include some yoga for 15 to 20 minutes every day. Due to which the liver will not only remain healthy but the fat accumulated on it will also be removed. Along with this, you will also get relief from all types of liver related diseases.
Strengthen the liver with these yoga
1. Ardhamatsyendrasana – Shiksha Nagar said that to do this yoga, you will have to sit in Dandasana position with both legs spread in front. After this, keep the right foot straight on the ground outside the left knee. Then turn the left foot to the right. Now place the left hand on the outside of the right foot. Now hold the right foot or knee. After this, keep your right hand backwards. Then turn the body to the right side. After this, the same action can be done in the opposite direction also.
2. yoga pose – He said that to do this yoga, first of all you should sit in Padmasana and hold the wrist of one hand with the other hand from behind the back. Then relax the body and slowly bend the torso forward and place the forehead on the ground. Then remain in this position for some time. After this you come back to normal state.
3. pashmiottanasana – He said that to do this yoga, first sit with your palms on your thighs and legs spread in front. Now slowly bend the body forward. Now try to hold the toes. Then if it is not possible then hold the ankles only. Now try to touch your knees with your forehead. Then wait in this position for one minute. Then come back to normal state.
4. Mandukasana – He said that to do this yoga you will have to first sit in Vajrasana. Now keep the waist straight. Then make fists with both hands and place them on the navel, now take a deep breath. After this, exhale and bend forward. Then wait for a minute with normal breathing. Then come back to normal state.
