New Delhi. The Narendra Modi-led central government can take a big decision regarding changes in the army today. The central government may start ‘Agnipath Recruitment Scheme’. The announcement of the start of this scheme can be made by the Chiefs of the three services i.e. Army Chief General Manoj Pandey, Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhary and Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar by holding a press conference today. Earlier, the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, was given a presentation by the chiefs of the three services about the Agneepath scheme. Under this Agneepath scheme, youth will be able to be recruited in the army for a short time. Like this scheme, those people who want to serve the country by joining the army for at least 4 years will get the facility.
Jawans will be released from service after 4 years
This project is the dream project of the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi. Through the scheme, efforts will be made to reduce the average age of the soldiers joining the army, as well as efforts will be made to reduce the expenditure of the defense forces. According to the information received, under the Agneepath scheme, youth will be given an opportunity to join the army and work for the country for four years. After the completion of these four years, most of the jawans will be released from their service.
Help will be given in getting a job elsewhere
Under the Agneepath scheme, the army will also play an active role in getting the youths who have worked for the country for four years after freeing them up. It is being argued that if a person will serve in the army for four years, then his profile will become strong and every company will show interest in hiring such youth.
Crores of rupees will be saved from the project
With the implementation of this scheme, 25 percent of the soldiers will be able to remain in the army who will be skilled and capable. However, this will also happen only when the recruitments have been done at that time. This project will also save the army in expenditure of crores of rupees. On the one hand, where the pension will have to be reduced, on the other hand, there will be savings in salary as well.
