Rakesh Tikait reached Lucknow on Friday night itself as soon as the news of the displeasure of the leadership of the organization’s UP unit was received. He stayed at the residence of Harinam Singh Verma in Naubasta Kalan village of Chinhat development block and till late night, he continued to negotiate with the dissatisfied group. But no solution could be found for this negotiation.
