Lucknow. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is very serious about mission employment. Therefore, he has asked the Chief Secretary for the report of recruitment of all the commissions according to the target in hundred days. He has directed to review the updated status with the chairman of all the commissions and report. Also, start the selection process on all the vacant posts on priority basis and complete the selection process within the target of hundred days. CM Yogi presided over a high level meeting at Lok Bhavan on Wednesday. He said that in the past, there was a review meeting of the Higher Service Education Selection Commission, Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, Police Recruitment Board and other selection commissions. Government is committed to fill up all departmental vacancies expeditiously. Arrangements should be made for online portal to send requisitions in time for time bound selection on vacant posts.
He said that in the last years, the Appointment and Personnel Department has employed skilled youth with transparency without any discrimination. Corruption has no place in government jobs. This should be followed strictly. He directed that in accordance with the rotation policy of the Government of India for transparent and corruption-free good governance within a hundred days, an effective system of change of personnel should be implemented in the state. For uniformity in seniority based departmental promotions, standards of suitability should be set.
More than 36 thousand posts will be recruited in six months
CM Yogi instructed that for the direct recruitment of the selection year, the requisition should be sent by all the departments before May 31, so that the process of recruitment of more than 36 thousand posts of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission and Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission, step wise, 100 days and more. Can start in six months. He directed to implement the system of induction training compulsorily for all the direct recruitment employees of the departments. Induction training module and annual training calendar should be prepared by each administrative department. Also, effectively implement in-service training system for Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ officers, prepare annual training calendar by Uttar Pradesh Academy of Administration and Management.
