UP Election Result Date 2022: Voting for the assembly elections in five states including Uttar Pradesh has been completed. Exit polls were also released as soon as the last phase of voting in Uttar Pradesh was over. Now it is time for counting of votes. According to the information received from the Election Commission, counting of votes will take place on Thursday, March 10 in Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur. Counting of votes will start from 8 am. Postal ballots will be counted first. It is believed that the first trend will be revealed by 9 am. As soon as the EVMs are opened, the results will also start coming out and if everything goes well then the picture will be clear by 12 o’clock in the day.
UP election 2022 results: Exit polls increase the beats of political parties
In Uttar Pradesh too, all arrangements have been made for the counting of votes. A large number of security forces have also been deployed so that there is no obstruction. The beating of opposition parties has increased after exit polls predicted a bumper victory for the BJP. Especially Akhilesh Yadav’s Samajwadi Party is making big preparations for the counting day. According to the information, the Samajwadi Party has made a special plan for the counting day. Two lawyers are being deputed at each counting site, so that any legal issue can be dealt with. The Samajwadi Party is claiming its unilateral victory, but is also accusing the ruling BJP of rigging the elections.
Preparations for counting of votes completed in Punjab too
The Election Commission has completed preparations for counting of votes in Punjab as well. 100% attendance of personnel engaged in counting of votes has been made mandatory. Instructions have been given that it will be mandatory to send updates of every round of counting of votes to the Election Commission of India. Let us tell you, all the 117 seats of Punjab had voted together. This time 73 percent voting has taken place, which is less than last time.
