As per the intention of the Yogi government which is giving a new direction to the industrial development of Uttar Pradesh, all the industrial development authorities are continuously making efforts for the integrated development of their respective areas. Along with the creation of industrial infrastructure, the authorities also have a special focus on promoting commercial activities in the area. In this series, a mega e-auction is being organized by Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) in October in which bids worth crores will be taken for the allotment of commercial properties. As per the intention of CM Yogi, YIDA will carry out the allotment of 4 fuel filling stations, 3 commercial kiosks, 25 commercial shops and 6 commercial footprint plots through e-auction process through its website. On the other hand, on Friday, the draw of 287 successful applicants of the open ended scheme of 462 multi-storey buildings of YIDA was completed. The list of their names has been released and the process has been done on first come first serve basis. Allotment letters will be given to successful applicants on 20th September.
The way will be clear for allocation of different commercial properties
The mega auction being conducted by YIDA in October will pave the way for allotment of various commercial properties. This e-auction will be conducted by YIDA through its website till 5 pm. The application process for this has started from Friday and the last day for submitting bids has been fixed as October 16. At the same time, October 12 has been fixed as the last day for EMD submission. Through this auction, the allotment process of a total of 38 commercial properties in the form of fuel filling stations, commercial kiosks, commercial shops and commercial footprint plots will be completed, for which a document fee of Rs 11,800 has been fixed.
Total 308 applications received, 21 asked for refund of registration amount.
Under the open-ended scheme of 462 multi-storey buildings of YIDA, the process of determining the buildings and blocks of 287 successful applicants has been completed through the draw held on Friday. A total of 308 applications were received in this process, but out of these, 21 had submitted applications for refund of their registration amount. The scheme was published on 2 August 2023. Under the scheme, applications were invited for allotment of multi-storey buildings of 99.86 square meters in Sector D. It is noteworthy that the list of eligible applicants selected by draw under this scheme has also been uploaded on the website of the authority. The list of all eligible people and the list of vacant buildings have also been pasted at the draw site.
