New Delhi. While there is uproar in the country due to the leakage and cancellation of entrance exam papers, a viral post on the social media site ‘X’ has created a ruckus between Union Minister Jitin Prasad and Shashi Tharoor. Actually, the Congress leader and MP from Thiruvananthapuram has shared a post on X with the caption ‘Fantastic! #Parikshapecharcha’, which seems to be the answer sheet of a child’s exam. In that post, a question is written – ‘What is Uttar Pradesh?’ In response to this, the child wrote – ‘The state where the answer is known before the exam.’
Union Minister and Pilibhit MP Jitin Prasada has strongly criticized Shashi Tharoor for sharing the above post on X. He reposted his post and wrote, ‘I don’t find any joke in stereotyping and degrading my state and its people with such reprehensible comments. Such insult to UP is reprehensible and should be condemned in the strongest terms.’
I don’t see the humour in running down my state and its people by stereotyping them with such condemnable remarks. Such an insult to UP is deplorable and must be condemned in strongest words.#uttarpradesh https://t.co/68tYuLFUFQ
