New Delhi. The troubles of Azam Khan, MLA from Rampur in Uttar Pradesh, who once showed his power in the politics of Uttar Pradesh and was a minister in the Samajwadi government, are not taking the name of lessening. He himself is lodged in Sitapur jail these days and now his son and wife are also seen hanging the sword of law from above. In fact, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against Azam’s son Abdullah Azam and wife Tanzin Fatima. Both of them had to appear in the court in the case of two birth certificates. Despite this, both of them did not appear in the court. After which a non-bailable warrant has been issued against them by the court. Now the hearing of the matter has been fixed for May 16. If on that day also Azam Khan’s son and daughter-in-law do not appear on the scheduled date, then they can be arrested.
For not appearing in the court, it was argued on behalf of Azam Khan’s wife and son that their lawyers live in Delhi and they have to move from there. He can’t come today. On this basis, apology should be accepted on his absence. But the court did not accept his apology and a non-bailable warrant was issued. Public prosecutor Prakash Saxena mentioned all these things.
On the one hand, Azam Khan’s son and wife are caught in the legal battle, while on the other hand, Azam Khan himself is also troubled by not hearing his bail. Actually, today Azam Khan’s bail application was heard. Now this matter has also been postponed till next Tuesday. For this, the court has also sought an answer from the Uttar Pradesh government.
