New Delhi. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is going to hold a big meeting on Wednesday (May 18) to prevent road accidents for safety. Senior officers of a dozen departments and officers of district administration, as well as police officers up to circle level, deputy collectors, municipal commissioners, municipalities, in this meeting to discuss the action plan of the state-wide massive campaign, which is going to start soon. There will also be a virtual presence of the executive officers. In the meeting, a massive campaign will be discussed with inter-departmental coordination to prevent road accidents.
In the past, CM Yogi had said that special efforts are needed in relation to various components of road safety such as road engineering, enforcement work, trauma care and public awareness. He had said that children should be given the rite of following traffic rules from the very beginning. In such a situation, training of principals/principals/representatives of the university should be conducted in relation to traffic rules. Not only this, meetings with parents should also be held in schools.
