New Delhi. A woman who was raped in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir has appealed to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, for help. Actually a woman was gang-raped in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Now the woman and her child are getting death threats. The woman has appealed to PM Modi to be given shelter and protection.
The name of the woman who sought help from the PM is Maria Tahir. An emotional video of Maria Tahir has surfaced. Sharing the video, the woman says, I am a gang rape victim and have been fighting for justice for the last seven years. I am seeking shelter from PM Modi because the police, governments and judiciary of PoK have not been able to get me justice in these seven years. In the video, the woman further said that ‘I appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to allow me to come to India. My children are constantly being threatened with death. The police here and a politician Chaudhary Tariq Farooq are threatening to kill my children.

According to the video, a heinous crime was committed in 2015 with the woman who was pleading for justice to the Prime Minister. In her earlier video, Maria Tahir narrated the incident along with her. He also told about Haroon Rashid, Mamoon Rashid, Jameel Shafi, Waqas Ashraf, Sanam Haroon and three more people involved in the rape in his video. In the video, the woman told that she approached the police and local politicians but failed to get justice. Not only this, he also wrote several letters to the local authorities, including the Chief Justice of Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir, despite this, he did not get any hearing.
