Etawah. The tussle between Samajwadi Party SP President Akhilesh Yadav and his uncle Shivpal Yadav has intensified. The relationship between the two has turned sour again. In the past, Shivpal had said a proverb of opposite intellect for Akhilesh. Now he has said that if Akhilesh wants to send me to BJP, then throw me out of SP. Shivpal, who reached the house of a SP worker late on Wednesday evening, described Akhilesh’s statement as irresponsible and dishonest. He also said that I am one of the 111 won MLAs of SP. It is clear from Shivpal’s statement that the conflict between Akhilesh and him is at its peak. For some time, news has been flying about Shivpal that he can join BJP.
After targeting his nephew Akhilesh, Shivpal also targeted his brother and SP patriarch Mulayam Singh. He once again named SP MLA Azam Khan for this. He said that atrocities are being committed against Azam. He is the senior most MLA of SP. He has also been an MP and a Rajya Sabha member. There was a need for him to raise his voice in Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha. Shivpal said that the whole country knows that PM Narendra Modi respects Netaji (Mulayam). Had the SP people sat on dharna in the Lok Sabha and made Netaji sit as well, Modi would have thought about it.
The tussle with Shivpal Yadav’s nephew Akhilesh started only after the results of the UP assembly elections were announced. Akhilesh had said on the questions of the media on Tuesday that if BJP wants to take our uncle, then why is it delaying. I have no resentment with uncle. BJP can tell why it is happy. On this, Shivpal has now retaliated on him.
