At present, one such video is going viral on the internet, in which Vadodara Police caught a man on CCTV, who was operating a mobile with both hands. Let us explain in detail, what was the matter. In the video that surfaced, a man is seen riding a motorcycle without a helmet. But in the CCTV footage, he is also seen holding two phones in both hands.
The rider had dropped the handle of the motorcycle and is using both the mobile phones while riding. Similarly, if you keep a mobile phone under the helmet, then the police will challan for doing so. Even using Bluetooth devices is prohibited. As per the law, it is illegal to use any kind of electronic gadget while driving a motorcycle or two wheeler.
Vadodara Police has issued e-challan to the person who violates this traffic rules. However, no information has been received about the exact challan amount yet. According to the Indian Motor Vehicle Act, using a phone while driving or riding a vehicle is strictly prohibited. In fact, headphones are not even allowed while driving a two-wheeler in India.

If you are someone who uses headphones while driving or riding under a helmet, it is illegal as per the Bangalore Police. It’s even illegal to put earphones under a helmet, even if you’re not using them for calls. Along with this, it is also illegal to play music with earphones while driving.
